Please join EN 2363 Multi-Ethnic Literature and the Department of English Literature and Language as we celebrate Women's History Month and as we welcome co-editors, Katherine Gillen, Ph.D., Adrianna M. Santos, Ph.D., and Kathryn Vomero Santos, Ph.D., as they discuss their latest book, The Bard in the Borderlands: An Anthology of Shakespeare Appropriations en La Frontera, Volume 1. The co-editors will discuss what it means to re-envision and reimagine Shakespeare's plays to "reflect the histories and lived realities of the US-Mexico Borderlands." A discussion and question and answer session will follow and light refreshments will be provided.
