Imelda Guzman has 19 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), 16 of those with Methodist Healthcare System/ HCA Healthcare. She most recently served as the VP of HR at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital. During her time with Methodist, she led the HR process for two major acquisitions and established the first Leadership Development Institute within Methodist Healthcare.
