The St. Mary's University community is invited to attend a student-led panel discussion on Tuesday, March 27. Recent events, such as the #MeToo movement, have provided a platform to discuss issues relating to gender and the workplace. This panel
will discuss ways in which organizational culture and the gendered experience intersect.
Panelists will discuss topics including sexual harassment,
parental leave, and gender-based disparities in wages and opportunities for promotion and advancement.
